First, Second, and Third Years Teaching

I enjoy spending my days surrounded by children ages 4 through 11 teaching art and sharing experiences with incredible young minds. I am a full time art teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools, but divide my time between two schools.

Thank goodness I love to travel because not only do I switch between schools, I have also taught on a cart my first year!

I teach students from Pre-K up through 5th grade, working alongside 600 or so students each week. I have worked to cultivate an environment where students feel safe to ask questions and grow as learners.
